Getting paid $25 was always a Benefit of the Preferreds
I put the odds of it low, but it was still there, and one of the reasons why I bought. Now it seems I'm being cheated out of that. I paid for that benefit.

HSE/CVE clearly stated if they voted to convert to CVE Preferreds that terms would not be the same..... they would be "substantially the same"..... that is not the same. One of the Benefits

In far back Past Post, I've stated that one of the Reasons
why I picked Husky Preferreds over others was exactly for this reason... Husky Preferreds didn't allow them to be converted into commons or made into another company shares. ...... or

This "promise" is already there.... Preferreds are Cummulative. So, eventually they have to be paid if they hold any back.
