Durin the last year or so

several executives have come and gone at HBC which makes me wonder if the working environment is at best difficult, and at worst it might be a nightmare situation.

Forget about the Vancouver store the real issue is that Richard Baker will take money out and the other shareholders will get screwed, that's the bottom line.

The historical designation is a negative for the Vancouver property. During the 1970's I bought a property in downtown Brampton, Ontario with a historical designation and would never do it again.
