Bids out weigh ask 2:1 in L2 but if you put an order in at ask it doesn't even register or change L2 but is instantly filled.

I have to admit, I don't get what happened today...Copper up 5 cents to 4.47 USD,  Amerigo loaded with cash and about to do an NCIB. Also reinstating a nice 6% dividend, P/E at 5. Oh well ...more
