Definitely bad sector day, everything is down 6-10%. Even Canopy Growth and Canopy Rivers badly down. It tried to hold for a little while.... But ya, patience will be well worth it.

$60 million

For a payment of 2.5 million a year you can get a mortgage of about 60 million with a reasonable down payment. I wonder what you could buy for $60 million? I'd rather own it as a shareholder.
