What Id give to HR at $11.60 again...was there for a few days, could have unloaded 80k+ with that 5% dividend not that great Now im watching it at $9.99 Other reits too so ripe for the sell side ...more

What I see potentially caving ARTIS

Is simply the acquisition. If he levers up or drops 200m-300m on something the m arket isnt sold on it could be a race for the exits.
