Just announced after closing 40 cents per share no special dividend as of yet.  Still steady as she goes no hint of a possible sale.  Cheers Charlie.

Not sure I buy into that number Charlie. By my reckoning, you are using total assets and ignoring the liabilities...payables, deferred taxes. A better number (IMO) is the shareholder equity number ...more

Becker vs the Market

According to iScotia Becker now has a p/e of 7 pays a 5.8% dividend, has no debt, $800K cash and a large position of Couche-Tard shares and bank notes.  NAV is almost $7 higher than the current ...more

it looks like, based on my reading of the YE statements. A good thing, non? My back of envelope calc shows our per share equity should now be in the $17 area.....if I have any of this wrong please ...more
