Stock price does not effect NAV. Even BAM doesn't use BPY asset price as part of its own book value. If you see their report they always use their own internal valuation for BPY in their books ...more

agreed, NAV may be a bit high given the circumstance, but that doesn't mean BAM isn't getting this for an unbelievably tiny fraction of what it's worth in 5 years. Stick with it for now ...more
