Because investors have invested over 30M into this project  and many years to deveop the IP.  They are currently trying to appease the TSX's demands so WE all can see this tech advance ...more

According to the financials they have very little cash.  Until it starts to trade again they can't raise any money.  They need to do what ever the TSX is asking of them to get this ...more

After the news release in Dec I would suspect they are going to have to get approval from the exchange.  Possibly a shareholder vote to finalize the deal.  If any of us wants this to succeed ...more
