The AGLC is the regulator and also the sole distributor.  If any retailer wants to stock d9 products they have to buy it from them.  On the aglc order list, most of their sku's only ...more

The aglc delisted over 200 sku's recently. Delta 9 product availability is almost zero. Does anyone know if they have been completely delisted from Alberta?

Looks like another company has to answer to sndl inspite of record earnings.  We can hope for a partnership or merger with a Canada USA  expansion on the horizon. IMO GLTA

This is the most sensible thing that could happen for both companies. HT is doing well and could use the retail footprint that D9 has. They would obviously have to eliminate the D9 stores that are not ...more
