I and others waited for news back in March about then a cannabis strat up with another company / possible share split....lots of hype...didn't hear anythings till June and none of the above happen ...more

Well that seems like a silly question considering the disclosed LOI of acquisition.. If it weren’t referencing ISM then we would have a hell of a basis for a class action on ISM, no?
