Been buying this in lots of 10000 shares for income stream of 9.5 %. Pretty nice dividend of 10 cents per month. Same dividend for 15 years so extremely safe.

If one looks at the December 31, 2022 financial statemens. 4.5% in cash... I am not worried about collecting my $0.10 monthly dividend.
