I don't see any turnaround now. 85 million shares at $ .30 this type of dilution will have to lead to a consolidation and that will kill the power to EXRO. What a major mess for the longs...

Who would buy a 30% dilution at a 15% discount

This offering is DOA your being diluted 30% but your only getting a 15% discount from the pre offering SP.  I dunno but Sue thinks Exro is such a gem that she doesnt need to offer a discount when ...more

42 cent warrants?  Things must be in as dire a state as I thought   Prolonging the inevitable unfortunately.  Some resignations are long overdue.

3 year warrants have some value, say $0.10, so a $0.35 unit = $0.30 sh + 1/2 warrant.
