But what do you think about "the establishment of a reserve for any continuing and contingent obligations"? That part scares me, as it will come out of the escrow funds.

these shares are at a .005 cost for me so I am up 10x and already took a bunch of profits at .065, so not sweating. Just saying it doesnt look good for a full payout at this point. Nobody is short ...more
