I hoping (and rightfully do) that there will be no need to extablish any contigency fund. there should be no outside noise or we would have heard about it by now. They may need afew hundred dollars ...more

But what do you think  about "the establishment of a reserve for any continuing and contingent obligations"? That part scares me, as it will come out of the escrow funds.

these shares are at a .005 cost for me so I am up 10x and already took a bunch of profits at .065, so not sweating. Just saying it doesnt look good for a full payout at this point. Nobody is short ...more
