So with the $90M Mirae deal closing yesterday and the recent $27M MGI sale, that's roughly $117M of cash in the bank for JOV. Current market cap is $104M, which tells me there should be another $1 ...more

Does anyone have ang insight into this lawsuit?  It would be a shame to issue bonds at 8% only to have a good portion of the proceeds go to a judgement or settlement.
