Don't forget taxes payable. Discount the cash by about 20%. Probably less than $11 per share cash. So its currently trading at a slight premium.Market doesn't think there

So with the $90M Mirae deal closing yesterday and the recent $27M MGI sale, that's roughly $117M of cash in the bank for JOV. Current market cap is $104M, which tells me there should be another $1

Agreed! Now another $27MM transaction today justifies a price of $14 per share PLUS the remaining businesses. Or alternatively, the cash can be used to pay off remaining long-term debt.I

Sale of ETF business

And the current market cap is only 64 million. Say the balance of the company is worth 30 million; and you have a 120 million company. makes the shares worth around $14 - 10.50 in cash per share in

I think you hit the nail on the head withh the monetization of HPB being the key value unlocking play here. Either that and/or selling Leon Frazer to something like BNS.

Does anyone have ang insight into this lawsuit? It would be a shame to issue bonds at 8% only to have a good portion of the proceeds go to a judgement or settlement.
