Looking like a RS is coming to maintain Nasdaq compliance. Unless the Lithium price increases, probably no way to hit compliance level without some consolidation.

$23/share of NPV (Net Present Value) for the Falchani project is NOT the same as $23/share for the company. You need to review your Economics 101 textbook ….or learn how to read attentively
