Fact, share price chart looks like an ideal toboggan hill. I could understand if the price/value of this company held more or less even but come on, this is in freefall for the last year.

we may have had to Halt the stock to be in the same position as private companies are. When everything is finalized, as with the SPS contract, we will get the news. This could be a long halt.
