I also just noticed that Tevano tried to do a deal with Volt Energy Corp. in July. That deal was scrapped in Sept. because of inability to agree to terms. Take from that what you will.

Well, the consolidation is reasonable. Tevano gets shares valued at .20 and the stock starts at .35 before trading begins; so the incentive for Tevano is not surprising. Although retail kiosk is ...more
