I may be reading the announcement wrong but I think it is simply a 2 for 1 split: if you have 1000 shares on record date you will be given another 1000 shares and the price will be half. No other ...more

If you hold 10 k shares and lets say the price march 7th is 1.00 just to make it easy then you will own 20k shares but the price of the share will be .50 cents.   And from everything i am ...more

First one yes second, no. The spin off is not a split it is a second tradable company. meaning you will get a share of it if you own BLOC. Honestly this company is going to rocket once the dust ...more
