The Company holds interests ranging from 63% through 100% in various leases and licenses in the Thrace basin. The Company also operates Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel Aurora, location at Nong Yao field, offshore Gulf of Thailand.

It's US$31 million less selling and administrative expenses, royalties and tax accruals, not the full revenue. OPEX and CAPEX has already been accounted for, so no additional deductions.

Ah, I suppose $91-$55 = $36 x 340,000= $12,240,000. -$6,813,000 + $12,240,000 = $5,427,000 = swing to EPs +0.05 and adding cash of the whole $30M, no? This one is a little more back of envelope let me

Their Nong Yao expansion costs around 75m and a lot of it is upfront (pipelines, building production unit, preparing etc.)...and even if I can't tell the numbers in detail, your thesis is off.
