Not if ES bought, because he did. He has been in this for a few years now it is not a recent buy in. The hype of him buying in has left the building a few years ago.

If Sprott buy, and if you can buy at the same price or better (discount price) buy it. Sprott is the Warren Buffet of mining penny stock. Ask yourself, why he bought? Look what he made whit RGC
