sukhi19 - You are double counting some of the problems. The high yield is not itself a problem. Just an indication of the markets discount on the stock arising from the actual problems.

Too leaky

-Debt. -Pipeline issues. -Yield too high. -Management changes. -Hedging at low rates. -Inability to sell non-core assest whhen Nat Gas and Oil prices are good.
