How could Mira have declined an offer , wouldn't the offer come to the share holders in the form of a buy out.  Giving us the option to accept or decline the bid???? I have tracked this stock ...more

Yes, I can understand why some may be unhappy. As a newcomer to Mira I see things from a different angle. (a 0.055 average angle to be precise). 2013 has been a good year for buying, and not so good ...more

I would have to agree with you ezemoney. There are so many stocks out there now in paralysis mode. Mira is definitely not one of them.
