I don't believe so because they are still undervalued at $1000/mfbm, let alone $1500. These companies can still print a pile of cash between $800-1000... Balance sheets will be rid of debt as well

It's seems that lumber stock like wfg,ifp and cfp are following very closely the chart of the lumber future (LBS). Many are saying lumber might have peaked. I dont think it will plumet back down

Funny you say that and there is a strong possibility of another special dividend, which fuels the strong possibility of private equity fund or natural buyer makes a take over bid before more cash

Bet on another dividend…
I'm betting there will be another $2 dividend after next quarter results are in, in August, since the price of lumber will remain high for the rest of this year at least and maybe well into next

Those are valid points, but what if lumber is at 1700 in a month surely the stock price will have appreciate and yr 2$ will taste very good. Patience take over will happen soon as any potential buyer

$2 lower, not richer
Nobody is $2 "richer" You get $2 cash, but the shares fall $2 after the ex dividend date. The dividend is priced into the share price until then. It is a con job. In fact you dont even get
