First of all, as hawk posted, any sale needs 66% approval by shareholders and RPL is most likely very widely held as the institutions have bailed in favour of retail investors who are not burdened ...more

I think for a buyout the average is 30% premium for the average stockprice over a 30 day period. I am hoping they just continue to pay down debt and keep chugging a long paying the dividend. Not some ...more
