I had replied to Barney Before I saw your post. Volume shows 120K @ 3:45 with average volume being 127K. I think those large lot(s) at $3.50 may have stalled the progression.

The volume looks to be considerably less than normal so I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep over the fact that we're down $0.04.  It could just be the MMs fooling around or the fact that the ...more
