Also one thing I would add is that all the "cobalt" mining stocks are still absolute dogs and most are still slowly bleeding.  This price action is not specific to KAT.

totally agree @Lech1988 no Management or Insider cease trade order is ever going to stop trading through numbered accounts on inside information, the same way its always been for decades.

KAT is still under the MCTO (Management/Insider Cease Trade Order), so insiders and/or management cannot trade into KAT until it has been lifted I suspect given the thin volume that retail investors ...more

Don't think it’s a coincidence that AIF came out the same day.  I scanned through it but nothing I saw in there (in my admittedly brief read) was anything we didn't know already.
