Given lumber prices remain above $1500.00 2nd quarter wil match or beat 1ST quarter. Yes the price dipped this morning but already rebound to $1628.50 up 22% for the past 30 days. I bought on the dip.

It is certainly my intention to note that analysts who have earnings estimates of $3.27 a share for Q2 are inexcusably stupid and lazy, capable of neither checking the lumber prices, nor a calendar
