RE:Merger Opinion

Didn't see that coming either.  Looks like the combined company will have a mkt cap of about $2.35 billion and be a 500 million oz gold producer.  Not bad.  The mine cost will be ...more

really getting smacked around

Being a ROXG  owner/seller Iam happy - will look at Fortuna in a month--longterm ROXG is a gem

Georgemarch: You can keep this POS company. ROXG

shareholders will vote no to the deal. Makes no sense to trade a 260,000 oz per year 2 mine operation for a POS trading at twice the market cap with less gold production and a million oz a year of ...more

The million oz of silver they get from peru costs in the low

to midd twenty dollar an oz to produce, or a few dollars less than what silver is trading at now. Talk about overvalued POS.  ROXG shareholders should clearly reject takeover offer.

This FVI is overvalued cr@p, yet for some reason it sells

off when it steals ROXG at riduculous valuatioins.  Might want to compare cashflow coming through the door when seguala comes online next year.

Why would ROXG except this overvalued PoS FVI stock as

currency. Makes no sense as they will be producing 260,000 oz a year when seguala comes online next year. At sub 700 aisc. What's FVI got? Market cap double with same production at higher costs

Merger Opinion

Did some quick calculations. ROXG appears to have a lot of paper but deal is reasonable. Will hurt share price in the short term but FVI will benefit in the long term. Approx. 500,000 ounces with ...more

More production from Lindero with 2x the amount sold in Q4 2020. Was hoping for more but production issues are being ironed out. Good news for longs.
