No. Redistribution is not dilutive. Brookfield owns 92 percent of the shares, leaving a small float which can be manipulated. They have acknowledged this as a problem to be addressed. They will likely ...more

diabase, your projection includes a dilutive fulfillment at lower SP? If this is actually releasing some shares for redistribution, they will do so at HIGHER SP rather than lower IMO. They are ...more

I would hope they only use a fraction of that $500,000,000 and keep the rest for reserve capability.  It's not like they need the cash.

At today's share price and the potential amount of money anticipated: $500M /$18.50 = 27M shares $250M /$18.6c = 13.5M shares I would think that NAP would want as many shares out in the public' ...more
