Not unexpected. Why would Janes offer to buy first at $4.25 then at $4.75 if he thought it would ultimately go lower? This is now more tightly held than ever and getting shares requires paying up.

Yes, I think places with outdoor dining will be key to success over the late spring and summer into fall...then come next winter hopefully there won't be an issue.

The vaccinations thing is good news. However, will they have a 3rd wave if the reopening were done too early? The variant is getting more transmissible and lethal.

Can't they only admit 10 customers at once in Red Zone (like my local one in Ancaster)?  I wiuldn't have thought it was viable to open for that number.  I think the Orange Zone is 50 ...more
