Finance coming due very quickly...............
which means some of the money raised will have to be used to pay the financing or maybe they can re-negotiate the terms(EXTEND) or LAWSUIT will be coming our way.

I looked a little further and in the finacials they have 2 term loans due for repayment on April 30th, 2021. 1 for $ 150,000 2nd for $ 100,000 Not sure if they are able to extend refinance
