Yes, you missed one important point. Avcorp only has one shareholder that matters. i believe he is reaching about 80% ownership give or take. So I am sure he knows what is going on.

$130m would value AVP shares at about 35.5 cents each. I believe the way it works regarding an offer, and considering Panta owns 68.6% of the shares, is that the minority shareholders vote to accept
