Looks like u were in hurry to post or you are a short. This is the explanation on Sedar. Consulting fees increased by $1,047,465 due to one incentive shares issue to numerous consultants.

The financials are just out and the 0.20$ PP money went back in the PP participants bank accounts as consultant fees, they sold and are selling the FREE TRADING PP in the market to people who dont ...more
