If one looks at the December 31, 2022 financial statemens. 4.5% in cash... I am not worried about collecting my $0.10 monthly dividend.

Didnt help that a significant portion of the holdings are Canadian banks and oil and gas stocks. Of course both were up today...so EIT had a good day.
