They used the word “encouraged”.  Gane is really limited in what he can say based on past events.  It’s a no-hype zone.  So, encougaged may be good.  They dropped hints about new ...more

Q4 wasn’t great.  Not much info on 2019.  I’m guessing they’re going to need more money.  How much is the question.   2019 revenues maybe $16 million, of which 50% is “recurring”.  ...more

Polar strategy

The micro cap guy is Chris Fenyc.  Either he knows things are bad or he’s simply hedging by substituting common for preferred.  I’d rather own the preferred, but no one offered.

Don’t know why the would buy the preferred and then dump the common.  Seems as if they would sell all the common if they had a buyer.  Do they know something which we don’t?

Perhaps there’s a reason that Ewing Morris demanded a board seat.  LED miraculously convinced Crucs to sell, and they’re in the process of blowing it?  That’s hard to believe.
