Buyout Dependent on Yamana SP

Right now you can short YRI at $4.88 and buy MGP at $0.10. This gives an arbitrage of $0.11 per share, taking into account the tiny risk, time value of money and shorting costs and there is no sense ...more

If the deal closed today and you got YRI shares

If you were to sell your YRI as soon you received them your MGP shares would be worth. YRI@ 4.90 4.9*.02092+.001= 10.035 CENTS!!! and it's trading @ 9.5 CENTS
