too bad they just dont tell us the numbers abd details of the options low integrity = poor transparency. As if I  eaening 5X what those fuys do  have time to calculate on a junck stock LOL.

Of course it's basically a perfect deal. In the future Eog would have diluted the Aoi interest in Eog to zero anyway. This ends, thst Aoi is paying for the Eog fantasies and overhead.

1% additional interest in 3B/4B for the cancellation of all holdings in EOG. Last kick in the as$ for Keith Hill but interesting.  Seen worse divorces, there was no real opportunity for AOI to ...more

Haha I have never lost money on AOI. Glad I'm out earning 4-6% mth on the former AOI funds. Too bad youre stuck holding this dog.
