This made me do a little google search for Richard Warke, and his board. I was looking at buying this stock, but now, not anymore. I urge people to do the same. Investigativemedia has some good stuff.

Am I missing something or did the retail investors just get diluted by the insiders? Private placement at 2.25 CAD, that was at least 10% below the market rate at the time.
