I think you should look at the circumstance of the PP`s and who they were benefitting when TerraWest was being divided up . What group of people were going to benefit at the cost of PTR share holders ...more

Decoitis was attempting to recover assets that belonged to the company. Gorrel et al were not prepared to do a PP for TerraWest  via PTR but were prepared to do it via other companies in which ...more

The company has shares of TerraWest that it was willing or can afford at the time of event. At the time there was no discovery or proven mega reserve of CBM. Petromin had to raise millions for the 80% ...more
