I think when properties are farmed out the parties can negotiate what the deal regarding NSRs might look like, TUO has quite a stable of properties with royalties attached, most of which have a no buy

It would take the discovery of the makings of an economic orebody suitably suited for mining at perfect storm to make that trick feasible. Ken konkin should be vectoring in on that potential next year
