NLN is a gem in a hot sector so another scenario to consider
under Delaware rules I believe the co. is not obliged to inform the market of an offer to purchase/intent to sell. If they were considering such a move it would make sense to push sp through the roof

Ulimately it comes down to one question: Are insiders crooks? Their history needs to be researched.

282M shares total 60% owned by insiders 37% owned by institutions according to TR leaves only 9M shares in public float to be traded minus say 9M shares buy back at 1.00/share average leaves 0 shares

I don't think one can read too much into the management changes. Jemili came with the DivX acquisition and had only been named CEO there one year prior to its sale. He has a technology background
