Dividend will not be paid until the deal closes, even if the deal stretches all the way to the Drop Dead Date of Nov.6,2019.

FERC Approval When?

I just read the agreeement between Crius and Vistra and see that the drop dead date is Nov.6, 2019. So this sale procedure could drag on untill then without any dividends being paid.
