I heard similar things about the second tranche. The only way the restricted securities would only be deposited before the restricted date is if Odyssey can provide physical certificates.

Your broker made a mistake too. The 2nd distribution had a 6 month holding period so the Vibe shares and the $0.62 warrants can not be traded before mid May.

Make up your fcuking mind. You say it is doubtful holders of CVHIF shares can unload their shares in the market but then say it is dumb to hold onto them for a 3rd distribution.
