I do not think it is do or die. I believe that after earnings announcment , they are going to get shareholders approval ( which they have to do) to issue a lot of shares, perhaps 10 or 15 million ...more

Volume up, price up, maybe a buyout before numbers come out ? I learned not to get too excited with these moves, whenever I buy it goes down right after so I will save us the agony by standing pat.

If they were going bankrupt or selling,why would they be trying to hold onto the Nasdaq listing ,and why would they be awarded contracts with sprint ect,if they were in trouble,makes no sense to me.
