There has been numerous occasions where bad news is announced and the shareprice rises. Pretty much the opposite of most stocks that go down on good news. Traders should keep that in mind.

Not much at the moment, it is merely accusations until the evidence presented. It's more the fact Ciachurski has had his name attached to the filings for both Captiva Verde and now for Greenbriar

Keep in mind they are going to need to raise cash. I would suspect they have been and will continue pushing the shareprice. It's the one aspect of having very few shareholders.

If any of these court battles demonstrate that the directors of GRB haven't done their fiduciary duty, could the agreement with Strasser be voided? Just curious, as I am not a lawyer.
