Since Ms Hasenfratz is one of the directors with >25%, this could be a group of shareholders unhappy with her and her colleagues. Then the correspondence with her 25% holdings is accidental.

I notice that 4 of the board members had >25% votes withheld, rather unusual. Is Ms Hasenfratz in some disagreement with board members. Are there factions on the board pushing different directions?
