Another tidbit too ... the wholesale rate setting at the end of the calendar year. Yup, it has to be reasonable AND the buyers should participate in reserve funding for 6G as the current rates

Well, the downgrade is past history now. At this very moment, BCE up 52 cents on the day to $47.72 heading to $50?? I read GM recently and Enbridge now has 3 downgrades and it seems to be doing well
