As I've said before, this arb primarily exists because it is extremely expensive to borrow ACB shares right now so shorters haven't been able to close the gap between LEAF and ACB.

True...For now, next expansion will probably be built by ALPS. You really think they will stay at 3$/gram..Come on.. I am long Aurora but i put pressure down on ACB cause i swichted to Leaf for a +10% ...more

Here are some real numbers from a very credible CIBC analysis May 7th.  Unlike BMO, CIBC hasn't started underwriting these cannabis stock and are non-biased.

This is from grizzle.com, a known cannabis bear.  $3 per gram for LEAF?  I'm selling ACB tomorrow and I've very tempted to go short. Then wait for the bottom on LEAF, buy enough to ...more

This deal is much different,  all shares, not cash and shares like Cmed. Leaf holders when converted,  will have to hold ACB shares until they go up in Value. Not like Cmed, when deal was ...more
