Dividend Cut sunk this from $7 to $4
And we barelly made it half way back at $5.70. $7 for all intents and purposes is still cheap for a REIT that traded at $10-13 most of the time with a $12 NAV.

Dividend
Not sure it's about dividend anymore has dream office yields 4.7% and tnt reit has no dividend and rallied 60% from June. We can go to $ 6 to 7 with a 5% divvy here
