Company loses credibility when it does not follow through on what it says it will do. They repeatedly have said they will let us know by end of August. Its been two months plus...some information is ...more

if you are buying TOL simply as a takeout play, then I wouldn't bother as there are not many great deals in the energy patch these days.  There ae simply too many properties up for sale ...more

I have contacted the company to find out when we will get our update.  They said twice that it would be at the end of August.  Once in their July 3rd Nr and yet again in their Q2 update ...more

So I want in based ont he strategic review. I am slow to TOL, so my question is, assuming no news is announced this AM, should I buy today? or is the Risk > Reward? Thanks for your insight.

I sure hope it is a top company like WCP. I'd be disappointed with an LTS merger. I'd like a merger with RMP, DTX or BXE. Several things I'd like if I could only control events.
